All items are proudly shipped by Royal Mail from the UK and are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Please see the services below, dependent on the destination, for delivery times. Once your item is dispatched, the shipping confirmation will be automatically emailed to you. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used (excluding International Economy). Please ensure your contact details provided on your order are accurate in order to receive updates on your order.

Worldwide Customs Disclaimer
Items ordered for delivery outside the UK, may incur customs and duty charges by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these if they wish to receive their items - these are NOT included in the shipping price.
Missing Orders
We are not responsible for delayed or stolen orders. In the event of a missing order that has been dispatched, please contact Royal Mail with your enquiry. All shipping services include compensation through Royal Mail should an order go missing. Our parcels are designed to fit through your letterbox, and do not require a signature upon arrival. However, in the very unlikely event that the delivery driver leaves the parcel outside, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that it is not stolen. Please keep an eye on your tracking number progress. In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered, and the customer cannot be contacted by Royal Mail, the item will be returned to Humble Hound. Subsequent re-dispatch will be subject to a new shipping charge.
